Hallo Inhale Support, I recently ordered and received the Lotus Walnut from you. I think the Lotus is very good. Unfortunately, the lotus deformed unevenly during the first heating (see picture). Now I have to consider in Addition of the optical defekt, that the herbs are not heated properly due to the deformation? Could you help me with this Problem?

I bought the Vapman silicone ring .
So after a session or two the Vapman wood can get hot. So I gave this a try.
I like the color and the raised lettering in white.
It a nice little piece, it keeps your hands from getting to warm. And it still fits and the Vapman wooden carrying box. Thanks Inhale
