Honest Review of the Lotus
I haven’t had the chance to dive into the Vapman yet, so this feedback is focused specifically on the Lotus.
First impressions: the Lotus is beautifully simple. Setup was quick and intuitive, the craftsmanship is excellent, and it looks great.
When I first tried it, I was also testing another new product (an e-toker style device). Compared to that, the Lotus absolutely shined. The other unit was frustrating just to set up, while the Lotus was effortless.
Since then, the Lotus has been sitting on my desk in its case. Every time I look at it, I think, “Man, I wish this thing had a proper stand or display.” It’s such a nice piece that it deserves to be shown off, not tucked away.
In daily use, it’s become my go-to over the past week because it’s such a pick-up-and-play device. When you hit the right temperature, the flavor profile is incredible—easily one of the best I’ve ever experienced in a vape.
I started with the included lighter, which gave me consistent results. Out of curiosity, I tested a different torch, and that’s where I ran into some challenges. It was harder to find the sweet spot, and I occasionally overheated the flower. It never combusted, but it got close, which made the vapor harsher. This variability between lighters is something to keep in mind.
The only real drawback for me is the look of using it. Lighting a glass pipe with a torch isn’t exactly discreet or classy, especially in an urban setting. For a product that feels this refined and well-made, the optics can be a little off-putting.
For me personally, the Lotus acts as a supreme, pinpoint way to experience the flavor profile of both flower and concentrates. It turns the smoking session into more of a tasting ritual—an elevated, intentional experience—rather than a daily, mundane routine.
That said, the Lotus is clearly hand-crafted with care, and the price reflects that quality. It’s a natural fit for someone who wants a battery-free, artisanal vaping experience—perfect for a cabin-in-the-woods type of setting. In that context, it really shines: it’s neat, it’s fun, it works, and the flavor is unmatched.
The airflow feels great, the ergonomics are satisfying, and the design sparks curiosity—everyone who sees it asks, “What is that thing?”
Bottom line: The Lotus is a beautifully made, high-quality product that delivers outstanding flavor and a unique vaping experience. It’s elegant, reliable, and turns smoking into a more elevated, enjoyable ritual.
I love everything about my Vapman. It's beautiful. It's very satisfying to hold: solid and delicate at the same time. It's possible to sip at it or to take deep draws. It feels like an heirloom that's meant to be used: like the perfectly sized little teapot I inherited from my grandmother. I very well may purchase a Vapman Click someday, but for now I'm very satisfied with my Vapman V1 Classic. Thank you!
The vapman pure is a great hashish device, adding more olive smells to your hashish, which is great. And the kit includes everything you need and a bit more! For a good price you get an artisan, natural vape, easy to use, with nice effects and beautiful design
I first explored the Vapman when I ordered a Cherrywood Pure Click. As much as I enjoyed the Click, it only made me wonder about its elder siblings. I looked longingly at the Olive Wood Classic V1 but balked at the price tag. When I saw that there were a limited number of V1 Classics available at a special price, I just had to buy one and I’m glad I did. What a warm, smooth feel coupled with an intuitively simple heating process!
A Vaporizer which produces excellent flavor. Superb craftsmanship combined with good handling.
