Free Worldwide Shipping


We proudly offer free worldwide shipping on all orders over 99 EUR / 99 USD. For orders below this threshold, shipping costs vary depending on the destination country and will be calculated at checkout.


Order Processing


We aim to ship your INHALE products as quickly as possible.

 

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days for items in stock.

  • Pre-orders / out-of-stock items: The estimated shipping time is indicated on the product page; orders will be dispatched as soon as items become available.

 


Once dispatched, delivery times are determined by the carrier. As all shipments leave from our headquarters in Italy, we cannot guarantee exact transit times. If delays occur after dispatch, please contact the shipping provider directly.


Shipping Costs & Free Shipping Thresholds

 

  • EU & Worldwide (except USA): Free shipping from 99 EUR / 99 USD. Orders below this threshold: shipping fee applied at checkout depending on the destination.

  • USA: Free shipping from 99 USD. Orders below this threshold: shipping fee applied at checkout. Please note: All US shipments are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). This means import duties, customs clearance fees, and taxes may apply upon delivery and are the responsibility of the buyer. We are actively working on offering an all-inclusive service in the future.

 


Insurance & Responsibility


Optional shipping insurance may be selected at checkout. If no insurance is purchased, please note that INHALE cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been handed over to the carrier.


Checking Your Delivery


Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival.


Claims for missing or damaged items must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.


After this period, we are unfortunately unable to offer refunds or replacements.


Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

 

  • EU & Worldwide (except USA): All customs duties, VAT, import taxes, handling, or clearance fees are the responsibility of the buyer. These charges are not included in the checkout total and are not collected in advance by INHALE.

  • USA: All customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees are not included at checkout. These may be charged by the carrier upon delivery and must be paid by the customer. We understand this is an inconvenience and are working on implementing a more seamless solution soon.
