Free Worldwide Shipping
We are proud to offer free worldwide shipping on all orders over €59. Below this threshold, shipping costs vary depending on the destination country. Please see the detailed breakdown below.

Order Processing

We aim to ship your INHALE products as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days, provided the items are in stock. For pre-orders or items not currently in stock, the estimated shipping time will be indicated on the product page. These will be dispatched as soon as they become available.

Once dispatched, the delivery timeframe is managed by the carrier. As we ship from our headquarters in Italy, we do not have direct control over shipping times. If you experience delays or have questions once your parcel is in transit, please contact the shipping provider directly.

Shipping Costs & Free Shipping Thresholds

  • EU & USA and rest of the world: Free shipping from €59. Orders below this amount:  shipping fee applied at checkout depending on the country.

Insurance & Responsibility

Optional shipping insurance may be offered during checkout. If you choose not to include insurance, please be aware that INHALE cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are handed over to the carrier.

Checking Your Delivery

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you find any missing or damaged items, you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt so we can assist you. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer replacements or refunds after this period.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

For international shipments, all customs duties, VAT, import taxes, handling or clearance fees are the responsibility of the buyer. These are not included in the checkout total, and INHALE does not charge or collect them in advance. Please research the import regulations and potential fees for your country prior to ordering.
