Processing & Shipping Policy

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping:

  • Within Europe on orders over €99
  • Worldwide on orders over €149

For orders below these amounts, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination.

Order Processing

We aim to ship all in-stock items within 1–2 business days.

For pre-orders or out-of-stock items, the estimated shipping time is displayed on the product page. Orders will be shipped as soon as the items become available.

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times depend on the shipping carrier and destination.

Taxes, Customs & Import Fees

European Union (EU)

All prices include VAT where applicable. No additional customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees will be charged for deliveries within the European Union.

International Orders (Outside the EU)

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, handling fees, or clearance charges that may apply in their country. These fees are not included in the checkout total and are collected by local customs authorities or carriers.

United States

Orders shipped to the USA may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. In most cases, these charges are approximately 15% of the order value and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.

Shipping Insurance

Optional shipping insurance may be selected during checkout.

If no insurance is purchased, INHALE cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.

Delivery Inspection

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival.

Any claims regarding missing or damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Unfortunately, claims submitted after this period cannot be processed.
