I ordered a vaporizer and multiple other items as a gift and they loved it! After a while they broke the stem and needed a new one so I ordered them a replacement along with a few other items. Ups screwed up and somehow lost my package and I waited over a month and never got it. When Inhale found out they immediately sent me out a new order to make up for it and it was delivered within a week this time. Great product, great quality, great customer service!

The lotus is an absolute vapor producing machine! It took a little bit of practice, but now I can use it with an opaque waterpipe without issue. I find it easier to replace the screens regularly instead of cleaning the whole thing, and then cleaning all the dirty screens together.
